You can’t buy a pack, open an account, or spend anything on this site. Reading it puts you under no agreement, and puts us under none either.

The site takes nothing from you either: no form, no account, no cookies. The privacy notice says so at length, and it’s the only page here with rules in it today.

Written here so you can hold the finished version to it. Each of these is a question we’d rather you asked before you paid than after:

• What you’re buying when you buy a pack, and at what point that sale is final.
• How your card is identified, where it’s held, and what your claim on it is if this company stops operating.
• Who prices a sell-back offer, how long an offer stands once you’ve been shown it, and when one can be withdrawn.
• Shipping: which countries, who carries the risk in transit, what it costs, and the value above which we ask for ID first.
• The account: the age requirement, the spending limits and lock-out you can set, and how an account is closed.
• What happens to a paid opening that fails to resolve, and how the money comes back.
• How a dispute gets handled, and under which country’s law.

Counsel hasn’t been through any of it, and terms written to sound reassuring before that happens are worth nothing to you. This page fills in when the answers are real, and it carries the date it was last changed: —.
